Step 1: Initiating the Return
If you find that the item(s) you've received don't meet your expectations or isn’t quite your style, don't worry! Here's what you need to do:
- Head to the Returns & Shipping page on our website.
- Select ‘BEGIN RETURN PROCESS’ to access the returns portal.
- You can also access this using the QR code on your orders packing slip.
- Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return.
You can select Store Credit, Refund or Size Exchange.
Step 2: Selecting the Return Reason
We value your feedback and want to ensure continuous improvement. Please let us know the reason for your return. This helps us understand your needs better and make necessary improvements.
Step 3: Packaging the Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
Include the original invoice or packing slip in the package if you can.
Step 4: Shipping the Return
After confirming your return, a pre-paid label will be generated for you.
Affix the label to your return package.
Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.
Step 5: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our dedicated team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they're in their original condition. We will then promptly process your return based on your chosen refund method.
*Due to the heavy discounts applied - sale items are excluded from our regular returns process. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still get your hands on a great quality item though - simply use the size charts on each product page and read the carefully curated description to make the most informed choice.
