I Love Ugly 2016 April "Between The Blues" Lookbook

A collection that’s carefully curated to cater to the ever changing needs of the young creative, and the range features an assortment of new styles and silhouettes, merchandised in with classic and iconic I Love Ugly pieces.

"Between the Blues" marks the return of I Love Ugly's suiting collection, with a lapel-less two piece suit and overcoat, created and designed in collaboration with Cambridge Suiting, arguably New Zealand's best, with heritage of 150-years in tailor-wear manufacturing, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

A strong presence of both blue and cooler tones, a creative juxtaposition of technical fabrics, a range of soft wools, french terries and printed fabrics come together to create a sense of who I Love Ugly is, what they stand for and where they are going. The blue garments act as book ends to the collection, hence the name "Between the Blues".

The boots featured in the campaign are from an upcoming ILU x Broken Homme collaboration, due for limited release in the coming months. Broken Homme is a boutique footwear manufacturer, based in Los Angeles, USA.

"Between the Blues" is available online at www.iloveugly.com on the 7th of April and in I Love Ugly flagship stores in Los Angeles, Australia & New Zealand, as well as selected retailers around the world from the 8th of April.
