Inspired by The Sosa Jersey we originally released in November 2013 as part of a capsule collection. Which came from an LA trip and noticing people wearing baseball jerseys in a streetwear / casual context.
From there, we wanted to put our own spin on a baseball jersey. The brand was growing in the US, so we felt it was essential to release a US sports-inspired garment.
Moving forward to today for our 15 year anniversary we have adapted the jersey again. Reimagining the design of the jersey while keeping it true to the original inspiration for the jersey.
Featuring a knit construction with pinstripe detailing and the ILU monogram on the chest. With subtle custom buttons and our script patch along with our specialty 15 year anniversary neck tag.
Pair with a pair of Slim Kobes for the quintessential ILU look.
